RETURNS
Refunds or Store Credit for defective merchandise or items damaged in shipping are issued only if you contact
us within 72 hours of receiving the defective or damaged shipment.
Once you have contacted us, please hold onto the merchandise for at least two weeks until we notify you
to either return or discard the merchandise. Refunds or Store Credit are usually available within 7 days of when we
are notified of the situation. However, some circumstances outside of our control may delay the process; for this reason
we reserve that you may not receive Refund or Store Credit until 30 days have passed. Should 30 days pass and there
has not been further investigation or resolution you will automatically be eligible for a full refund.
